Today more than ever, it's critical for a company to have a sound Food Safety program that adheres to the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). To be compliant, a company must properly train all employees under the guidelines of FSMA, as well as, maintain the proper documentation, and ultimately, complete an annual 3rd-Party FSMA audit.

All companies must create and maintain a company food safety binder. This binder includes items such as harvest traceability, planting maps, fertigation and chemical applications, employee training, along with many other items. We offer full-service documentation creation and management of your company binder ready for your annual food safety audit.

Each employee in the company that comes in contact with food must be trained each year.

FSMA Audit
Audits can be stressful. Making sure that all of your employees are prepared for the day of the audit is critical to the success of your Food Safety program. Throughout the training process, as well as the Pre-Audit, we will support your personnel so that they will feel comfortable and knowledgable when presented with questions about process and procedure. When the day of the audit arrives, we will be there side-by-side to help you successfully pass.
